The Church Worship Room is on the upper level of the Church building and has seating for 250 people. Seating is on linked, upholstered seats which can be re-arranged to suit the occasion.

The Worship Area has good acoustics and has been used as a concert, performance and conference space. It may be possible to arrange use of an electric piano, sound system and visual display equipment.  A large projector screen is installed.  It is possible to enable hybrid meetings with online and in person participation as a PTZ video camera and sound system are installed.  The Church has full public WiFi available throughout the building and a hearing aid loop is also installed that functions through the sound sytem.

There is a small kitchen upstairs which can be used to provide hot drinks etc. Two small upstairs rooms may also be available for use as dressing rooms etc.

The main entrance to the Worship Room is fully accessible by both a set of steps and a ramp.

For a larger conference, there are also three Community Rooms and a large kitchen below the Worship Room, accessed by a lift and a staircase as well as being accessible from a separate external entrance on the same level as the small car park. Please see the Community Room Hire page of this website for further details.

A viewing can be arranged, for you to explore the building before you book. Please contact the Bookings Secretary to discuss your requirements and for further details.

As a Methodist Church, alcohol is not allowed on the premises and the building is a no smoking area.

The Church has a small car park, suitable for about 6 cars.  Cars are parked at the vehicle owner’s risk. There are nearby parking facilities and some on street parking around the Church.  Please be sensitive to our neighbours when parking so as not to obstruct driveways or entrances.  Always ensure emergency vehicles can access all streets easily.
