Lord Jesus Christ, remind us today that you were broken for us - that you endured the agony of the Cross to set us free and the darkness of death to bring us life - but remind us also that you were broken for many, your love extending to all in every place and time. Reach out, then, so that we in turn might reach out to others, in your name and with your love. Amen.
